Yep. That's a V-12 Lamborghini motor. It's mounted to a Motel-T Ford bucket frame. With various other parts from various other makes.
The motor is a 1966 original. The story I got was this: Fran knew a guy way back when (i.e., 1966) who bought a Lamborghini 350GT,
yanked the motor to drop in a different one, and Fran bought the motor brand new for cheap cuz the guy didn't want it. He eventually built
the project beast you see here. This is one of 129 of these motors that were ever built!! SAWEEET!
